Corzan ® II CPVC, manufactured from Corzan G2 Resin, is a new material developed for use in the construction of wet benches and other cleanroom equipment for the semiconductor industry. It meets Factory Mutual Standard for flame spread, smoke development, and corrosion resistance.The advantages of Corzan 4910 CPVC sheet material are its excellent balance of properties related to strength, weldability and chemical resistance, as well as outstanding performance in flame and smoke. Corzan is easy to fabricate and use. It has excellent mechanical strength and provides resistance to most semiconductor chemistries, including strong and weak acids and bases, salts, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
