Characteristics:
– SP-225 is engineered from the toughest polystyrene resins
– High impact strength, and flexural Modulus
– Provides excellent forming detail, rigidity, and gloss may be obtained from co-extrusion
– Extremely versatile in nearly all thermoforming operations from high volume, multi-station rotary machines to single and shuttle presses
– Forming temperatures of approximately 275°F – 350°F
– Can be sawed, drilled, routed, punched and die-cut with conventional tooling, if proper procedures are followed
