Characteristics: - SP-225 is engineered from the toughest polystyrene resins - High impact strength, and flexural Modulus - Provides excellent forming detail, rigidity, and gloss may be obtained from co-extrusion - Extremely versatile in nearly all thermoforming operations from high volume, multi-station rotary machines to single and shuttle presses - Forming temperatures of approximately 275°F - 350°F - Can be sawed, drilled, routed, punched and die-cut with conventional tooling, if proper procedures are followed
