TECAPEEK® MT natural PEEK is suitable for use in medical applications and combines the excellent property profile of standard PEEK with requirements for biocompatibility. Victrex® PEEK polymer is used for these materials and processed in compliance with the relevant product quality requirements for use in medical applications. The respective stock shapes are tested for their biocompatibility according to ISO 10993, and show exceptional resistance to repeated steam autoclaving without loss of dimensional stability or physical properties.
